Premium membership is a subscription
preferred by customers who frequently order a large quantity of goods and need
space for storage!

 

Once you subscribe, you'll be assigned your
own space at the Lizyhouse warehouse.

 

During your subscription, you can store the
goods you ordered in our warehouse up to your assigned space, and when needed,
you can select the stored goods to apply for Shipping and receive them!


Handling fees are charged per weight, so
it's much more efficient if you regularly apply for a large quantity of goods
to be shipped.

Plus is an annual membership

When you use our Assisted Purchase service,
you can receive a 7% discount on the service fee.

*fixed price $5 to $50

 

Moreover, you can use the photo and consolidation
services for free all year round.

If you also use the Premium membership (monthly
membership), you can use the Premium membership at a monthly discounted price
of $10!

 

We also provide you with a free deposit of
$10 which can be used for handling fee or Premium subscription purchase service
fee on our site.

The handling fee varies depending on the
membership grade!

For Standard membership, the price is set
per item!

If you use the Premium membership, the
price is set per weight!

the shipping application form.

Once you fill out the application form, our
team will match the goods with the form and process them normally.

If the quantity, color, or item you wrote
in the form is different from what we actually received, we will process it as
an error entry.

We note the contents of the goods we
actually received in the memo.

After checking, please let the CS team know
if there is an error, and we will process it as a normal entry.

   q  If it hasn't arrived at the warehouse yet


You can track it through the carrier that
the seller sent. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be processed
during operation hours.

 


q  If it arrived but was not processed in the warehouse


Once the goods arrive, they will be
processed during operating hours. It should be updated within 1-2 days at the
latest.

If it is still not updated, please contact
the CS team.

q   In case of entry as no data


This happened because you did not fill out
the shipping application form.

Once you fill out the application form, our
team will match the goods with the form and process them normally.


 

q   In case of incorrect tracking number entry


When filling out the shipping application
form, make sure to enter only one Tracking number in the ‘Add product’ category.

If you enter other special characters (-,/
etc.), the goods will not be processed normally.

If you didn't write the recipient's name or
personal mail box number correctly in the address

In the waiting board, we are uploading
tracking numbers without information.

Check it out, and if it's still not there,
please contact the CS team.
